Opt in to receive conversational customer-care SMS messages from SR Prime Auto LLC through the Intelegi platform. SR Prime Auto LLC is the sender of these messages; Intelegi is the software platform used to facilitate them, and Lucy is the AI assistant inside Intelegi.

Intelegi collects SMS consent through a clear, four-step opt-in flow presented on Intelegi-powered forms and on dealership websites that use Intelegi. No pre-checked boxes, hidden defaults, or bundled consents are used.

The consent checkbox is always displayed unchecked by default. Consent is captured only when the Customer affirmatively checks the box and submits the form.

Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase any vehicle, service, or product from any dealership powered by Intelegi. Customers may inquire, visit, and purchase without opting in to SMS.

Standard opt-out keywords (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) are honored automatically. After opting out, a Customer will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages until they opt in again.
