SMS Messaging Policy

All SMS messages sent through Intelegi are conversational and originate from a specific dealership account that a Customer has contacted or engaged with. Lucy does not send unsolicited promotional broadcasts. Typical categories include:

• No spam. All SMS communications are conversational and tied to a Customer's own inquiry, appointment, or ongoing relationship with a dealership.
• No purchased lists. Dealerships may not import, upload, or use purchased contact lists to send SMS through Intelegi.
• Opt-in only. Only Customers who have provided their mobile number and affirmatively checked the SMS consent box receive SMS.
• Revocable consent. Consent may be revoked at any time by replying STOP or by asking the dealership to remove the number.

• Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction and the stage of the conversation with the dealership.
• Message and data rates may apply based on the Customer’s mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Standard opt-out keywords (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) are honored automatically.

Intelegi’s SMS program is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state “Mini-TCPA” statutes, the CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and the requirements of the U.S. carrier ecosystem, including A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration. Dealerships are responsible for ensuring their own use of the platform complies with these laws and with any applicable state or local requirements.
